# Setups & pricing

What each Basiq setup includes, what it costs and which one fits your business.

Basiq provides full-stack e-commerce infrastructure under one roof — company, banking, PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments, proxies and anti-detect setup — so you do not juggle multiple providers. Pricing is modular: you pay only for what you need. Our warm-up protocols are the result of hundreds of live setups.

{% tab title="🇭🇰 HK Bundle — €3,600" %}
Sold as a complete bundle: company + PayPal + bank.

**Included in the base price**

* EU nominee

* Hong Kong PayPal account — the main reason to go HK. PayPal is always included and the bundle is not considered delivered without it

* Setup time: 7–14 working days

**What HK gives you beyond PayPal**

* Work through Airwallex / WorldFirst in EUR and USD
* Tax optimisation
* Combine with a UK LTD for a complete payment stack

**Optional add-ons**

* Additional bank — +€300 (options: Airwallex, WorldFirst, Wise). 10% non-refundable deposit upfront, balance after approval — same terms as the UK additional bank

{% hint style="warning" %}
Shopify Payments and Klarna are **not** available on a Hong Kong company. For Shopify Payments + Klarna, use a UK LTD.
{% endhint %}
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="🇺🇸 US LLC — €850 / €1,800" %}
A clean, legitimate company registered in your own name (€850) or in a nominee name (€1,800).

**Included**

* Wyoming LLC with full company documents
* One of the banks — Mercury, Airwallex, Relay or Slash; at least one business bank account is always opened
* Setup time: 10–14 working days
* Paid in 2 instalments

**Optional add-ons**

* Stripe — +€300
* Shopify Payments — +€300

**Why a US LLC**

* Clean vehicle to receive and stack profits from nominee companies
* Ownership details are not public in a US LLC structure
* Position it as a software development / IT services company
* Safe way to move money from nominee HK/UK companies to a structure you operate under your own name — ideal for final stacking of profits before personal withdrawal
  {% endtab %}
  {% endtabs %}

## Recommended combinations

{% columns %}
{% column %}

### Combo 1 — Full EU coverage (most popular)

HK Bundle + UK LTD + Stripe module

* HK PayPal for PayPal-dominant markets (DE, FR, IT, ES)
* UK LTD + Shopify Payments for Klarna and credit cards in UK/EU
* Stripe for card processing where PayPal is not dominant
  {% endcolumn %}

{% column %}

### Combo 2 — Clean profit stacking

Any nominee setup + US LLC

* Operate under the nominee companies
* Stack profits into the US LLC under your own name
* Use the US LLC for clean, auditable personal usage
  {% endcolumn %}
  {% endcolumns %}

Each nominee company is independently structured — if one processor is flagged, the others remain untouched. That is the core advantage of multi-jurisdiction infrastructure.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Multi-setup discount.** Clients taking 3+ setups receive the best available price. Returning clients also receive preferential pricing — ask your manager.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.basiq-solutions.com/guide/before-you-order/setups-and-pricing.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
