# 6. Delivery & acceptance

What your delivery message contains, how to check it, and the 48-hour acceptance window.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Basiq:** sends the delivery message with all credentials.\
**You:** log in to every service through the correct proxy, save everything, report issues within 48 hours.
{% endhint %}

## Your delivery message contains

* Company name and nominee name
* Banking system type and login details
* Backup codes for 2FA
* Proxy details for each service
* Service type and login details (Stripe / PayPal / Shopify Payments)
* PayPal rep contacts (HK only)
* Setup and warm-up instructions — this guide

## Check everything within 48 hours

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

#### Open each service through its OctoBrowser profile

Use the correct proxy for each service (table in [Step 3](/guide/setup-steps/step-3-proxy.md)) in [OctoBrowser](https://octobrowser.org/signup/?p=10266582). Never a regular browser.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Save credentials and backup codes

Store them in a password manager. Basiq does not keep access data beyond 2 months after delivery.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Report any issue to your manager

You have 48 hours after delivery to report issues. If none are reported, the setup is automatically considered accepted.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Do not change anything yet.** Password, 2FA device, payout details — changing these immediately after delivery risks instant suspension (Stripe especially). [Step 7](/guide/setup-steps/step-7-credentials.md) tells you what to change and when.
{% endhint %}

## Your safety net: 1 replacement per setup

If a service stops working within 2 months of delivery, you followed all instructions and the issue was not caused by your actions, we provide one free replacement. Violating warm-up or proxy rules, selling restricted products or modifying the setup without authorisation removes this eligibility.

## Done when

* [ ] Logged in to every service through the correct proxy
* [ ] Credentials and 2FA backup codes saved
* [ ] Issues (if any) reported within 48 hours

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.basiq-solutions.com/guide/setup-steps/step-6-delivery.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
