# Ordering & payment

Choosing a setup, banks, how ordering and payment work, refunds, discounts, company lifespan.

<details>

<summary>Which setup should I choose?</summary>

* **UK LTD (€2,000)** — Shopify Payments, Stripe and Klarna for UK/EU markets. Stripe and Shopify Payments are included.
* **HK Bundle (€3,600)** — Hong Kong PayPal for PayPal-dominant markets (DE, FR, IT, ES) plus multi-currency banking.
* **US LLC (€850 / €1,800)** — a clean vehicle to stack profits and withdraw them under your own name.

Most clients combine HK Bundle + UK LTD + Stripe. Full comparison: [Setups & pricing](/guide/before-you-order/setups-and-pricing.md).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I combine setups?</summary>

Yes — each nominee company is independently structured, so if one processor is flagged the others remain untouched. Clients taking 3+ setups receive the best available price. See the recommended combinations on [Setups & pricing](/guide/before-you-order/setups-and-pricing.md).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I choose a specific bank?</summary>

WorldFirst is the standard initial bank for UK setups and is expected to approve in all cases. For a US LLC, one of Mercury, Airwallex, Relay or Slash is opened. For the Additional Bank add-on, the bank you get depends on which institution approves (Wise, Payoneer, Airwallex for UK; Airwallex, WorldFirst, Wise for HK). If you need a specific bank, this must be agreed **in advance**, before you pay.

If Shopify Payments is part of your package, note that it requires a bank account never used in Shopify before — reused bank details lead to rejected activation or a manual review. Details in the [Shopify Payments Warm-Up Guide](/guide/guides/shopify-payments-warm-up.md).

</details>

<details>

<summary>How does the Additional Bank add-on work?</summary>

+€300: a non-refundable €30 deposit (10%) upfront, the remaining €270 only after successful approval. If no bank approves, only the €30 deposit is charged. If one bank declines, another suitable option is attempted.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How do I order, pay — and when?</summary>

1. Agree the setup with your manager in Telegram.
2. Support sends you an **order form** — fill it in; it fixes the exact composition of the setup and the company name the invoice should be issued to.
3. The system issues an **invoice** to that company name. Pay the first instalment — nothing starts until it is received.
4. Send the **payment confirmation** to your manager (direct messages or your setup group). Once confirmed, the setup starts.
5. The second instalment is due after we provide your company documents (within 2 days, otherwise the setup pauses).

Add-ons take a 10% deposit upfront and the remainder after delivery or approval. Accepted methods: bank transfer (EUR) and USDT TRC-20 — a Revolut or Wise transfer to the bank details on the invoice works too. Details: [Payment terms & timelines](/guide/before-you-order/payment-terms-and-timelines.md).

</details>

<details>

<summary>What do I put as the payment reference, and do you need proof of payment?</summary>

Use the invoice number as the reference. After sending, share the proof of payment (a screenshot or PDF from your bank or wallet) with your manager — in direct messages or in your setup group. We match the transfer and start the setup as soon as it is confirmed. Transfers can take 1–2 business days to arrive; the team checks incoming payments on weekdays.

</details>

<details>

<summary>When does my timeline start?</summary>

From receipt of the first payment. Setups paid on Thursday or later start the timeline from the following Monday. UK LTD: 3–10 working days; HK Bundle: 7–14; US LLC: 10–14. Verification steps and third-party delays may extend these.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Are verifications included in the price?</summary>

Yes — all verifications required to deliver your setup are passed by Basiq and included. Any further verification a platform requests **after delivery** costs €300 each. See [Replacement & verification](/guide/policies/replacement-and-verification.md).

</details>

<details>

<summary>How long does the company stay active? Is there an annual fee?</summary>

A setup is provided for a one-year cycle. Basiq does not renew HK or UK companies — renewal and support for companies beyond the setup are not part of the service. Plan a new setup before the first year ends; returning clients receive preferential pricing.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Do you have pre-warmed or aged accounts?</summary>

No. Every setup is delivered fresh and warmed up by you following the guides — that is what keeps it stable and keeps your replacement eligibility. Follow the [warm-up schedule](/guide/setup-steps/step-8-warm-up.md) for your processor.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I get a refund?</summary>

All payments are non-refundable once the process has started — including if you change your mind, a platform declines the application, or required information is not provided in time. The only exception is the Additional Bank deposit rule above.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Do you offer discounts?</summary>

Clients taking 3+ setups receive the best available price, and returning clients receive preferential pricing. You can also earn €300 per referred client plus an ongoing commission — see the [Referral program](/guide/before-you-order/referral-program.md).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can we discuss the setup on a call?</summary>

Support and sales are text-only, on Telegram. Written answers give you something to come back to, and every question is answered in full — send them all in one message and you get one complete reply.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is not included in a setup?</summary>

Advertising, chargeback and dispute resolution, accounting and tax reporting, crypto payment processing, renewal of companies, verifications after delivery (€300 each), and anything not explicitly listed. Some of these can be quoted separately.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.basiq-solutions.com/help-center/faq/ordering-and-payment.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
