# Review templates

A platform asks for documents? Find the template for that platform, prepare the pack, send it to your manager first.

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Rule one:** if any platform requests a review, documents or a verification, contact your manager immediately — **before** submitting anything. Documents sent without us are the most common way to turn a routine check into a ban.
{% endhint %}

## Pick your platform

| Platform | What usually triggers it | First action | Template |
| -------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Stripe** | Wrong or inconsistent proxy, credentials changed too early, linear growth, local payment methods too early | Message your manager. Do not upload anything on your own | Handled together with your manager — see [Help Center → Reviews, holds & restrictions](/help-center/troubleshooting/reviews-holds-restrictions.md) |
| **Shopify Payments** | IP not matching the company's country, a reused email or bank account | Fix the proxy, then message your manager | Handled together with your manager — see [Help Center → Reviews, holds & restrictions](/help-center/troubleshooting/reviews-holds-restrictions.md) |
| **PayPal** | A review or hold in the first month happens in roughly 70% of accounts — it is normal | Contact your PayPal rep and your manager | [PayPal review](/guide/guides/review-templates/paypal-review.md) — what PayPal asks for and how to prepare it |
| **WorldFirst** | The first payouts from Shopify Payments or Stripe | Prepare the screenshot pack and submit it in WorldFirst | [WorldFirst Guide, section 2](/guide/guides/banks/worldfirst.md) — step by step with screenshots |

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th><th></th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-paypal" style="color:$primary;">:paypal:</i></h4></td><td><strong>PayPal review</strong></td><td>Bank statement, tracking, supplier invoices, the business-structure answer and message templates.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/review-templates/paypal-review.md">PayPal review</a></td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-landmark" style="color:$primary;">:landmark:</i></h4></td><td><strong>WorldFirst payment check</strong></td><td>Funding source → Online marketplaces → the six screenshots that pass the check.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/banks/worldfirst.md">WorldFirst Guide</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

## What usually causes a review

In order of frequency: wrong or inconsistent proxy; credentials changed too early or all at once; revenue growing linearly or faster than the schedule; local payment methods or Tier-2/3 cards too early; a store without policy pages or with risky products; missing tracking numbers (PayPal); two stores running under one company.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.basiq-solutions.com/guide/guides/review-templates.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
