# Banks

Receiving accounts, payment checks, paying suppliers and cards — one guide per bank.

Your business bank is where Shopify Payments, Stripe and PayPal send the money, where you pay your supplier from, and where your company card lives. One guide per bank; each follows the same order — before you start, receiving accounts, payment verification, paying your supplier, card, problems.

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th><th></th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-landmark" style="color:$primary;">:landmark:</i></h4></td><td><strong>WorldFirst</strong></td><td>The UK LTD bank: GBP account for Shopify Payments, EUR account for Stripe, the payment check after the first payouts, payees, World Card.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/banks/worldfirst.md">WorldFirst Guide</a></td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-wallet" style="color:$primary;">:wallet:</i></h4></td><td><strong>Airwallex</strong></td><td>Multi-currency wallet for the UK LTD and HK company: Global Accounts, transfers to suppliers, virtual cards for subscriptions.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/banks/airwallex.md">Airwallex Guide</a></td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-money-bill-transfer" style="color:$primary;">:money-bill-transfer:</i></h4></td><td><strong>Wise</strong></td><td>Additional bank for the UK LTD: GBP and EUR account details, what each can receive, paying suppliers abroad.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/banks/wise.md">Wise Guide</a></td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-building" style="color:$primary;">:building:</i></h4></td><td><strong>Mercury</strong></td><td>The US LLC bank: routing and account numbers, incoming payment times, ACH and international wires, cards.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/banks/mercury.md">Mercury Guide</a></td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-globe" style="color:$primary;">:globe:</i></h4></td><td><strong>Currenxie</strong></td><td>Hong Kong Global Account: local details in GBP, EUR, USD and HKD, the check after first payouts, Visa card.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/banks/currenxie.md">Currenxie Guide</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

## Other banks

* **Relay, Slash** (US LLC) — ask your manager; the Mercury guide covers the same steps in a different interface.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Whatever the bank: open it only through its own OctoBrowser profile with a residential proxy from [IPRoyal](/guide/guides/proxy-guide/iproyal.md) in the nominee's country (GonzoProxy does not open bank websites), move the phone number and email to yours right after delivery ([Step 7](/guide/setup-steps/step-7-credentials.md)), and contact your manager before answering any request for documents.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.basiq-solutions.com/guide/guides/banks.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
