## How a setup works

```mermaid
    A[1. Order form, invoice and first payment] --> B[Company incorporated: 3 to 14 days]
    B --> C[4. Documents and second payment]
    C --> D[5. Bank and payment setup]
    D --> E[6. Delivery: credentials and backup codes]
    E --> F[7. Take over credentials within 3 weeks]
    F --> G[8. Warm-up: 4 to 9 weeks]
    G --> H[Scale]
```

While the company is being incorporated, you prepare your company's virtual phone number (Step 2) and your proxy + [OctoBrowser](https://octobrowser.org/signup/?p=10266582) environment (Step 3).

## Three rules that prevent most problems

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

#### Right proxy, every time

Never open any account without the proxy and OctoBrowser profile set up for it. Wrong or missing proxy is the number one cause of restrictions.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Warm up before you scale

Every processor has a schedule: demo week → first payout → gradual, non-linear growth. Manual payouts everywhere except Shopify Payments (daily).
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Take over your credentials within 3 weeks

Your company's phone, email and 2FA — in the order the guide gives. After 3 weeks, lost access is your responsibility.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Support is on Telegram only.** Weekdays 10:00–18:00, weekends 10:00–14:00 (UK time). Guaranteed response within 24 hours, typically within 1 hour. If a platform asks you for documents — contact your manager **before** submitting anything.
{% endhint %}

## The SOP library

Start from [What do you need help with?](/guide/guides/help.md) — or go straight to a guide:

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th><th></th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-building-columns" style="color:$primary;">:building-columns:</i></h4></td><td><strong>Banks</strong></td><td>WorldFirst, Airwallex, Wise, Mercury and Currenxie — receiving accounts, the payment check after the first payouts, paying your supplier, cards. One guide per bank.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/banks.md">Banks</a></td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-globe" style="color:$primary;">:globe:</i></h4></td><td><strong>Proxy Guide</strong></td><td>GonzoProxy for stores and PayPal, IPRoyal for banks and Wise, a-socks for Stripe, OctoBrowser — step by step with screenshots. Required before touching any account.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/proxy-guide.md">Proxy Guide</a></td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-clipboard-check" style="color:$primary;">:clipboard-check:</i></h4></td><td><strong>Review templates</strong></td><td>A platform asks for documents? The template for each payment platform — and the rule to message your manager first.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/review-templates.md">Review templates</a></td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-credit-card" style="color:$primary;">:credit-card:</i></h4></td><td><strong>Stripe Warm-Up</strong></td><td>14-day rest, demo week, growth schedule, card strategy, credential changes.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/stripe-warm-up.md">Stripe Warm-Up Guide</a></td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-bag-shopping" style="color:$primary;">:bag-shopping:</i></h4></td><td><strong>Shopify Payments Warm-Up</strong></td><td>New environment, store requirements, new bank account (with screenshots), growth schedule, profile structure.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/shopify-payments-warm-up.md">Shopify Payments Warm-Up Guide</a></td></tr><tr><td><h4><i class="fa-paypal" style="color:$primary;">:paypal:</i></h4></td><td><strong>PayPal Warm-Up</strong></td><td>Rep contact, warm-up amounts, tracking, disputes, ongoing rules.</td><td><a href="/guide/guides/paypal-warm-up.md">PayPal Warm-Up Guide</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

<p align="center">Basiq provides professional infrastructure setup and preparation services. Final approval decisions rest with third-party platforms (PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments, banks). Our historical success rate is high; 100% approval cannot be guaranteed. Service Policy effective from 1 May 2026.</p>

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.basiq-solutions.com/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
